ABOUT FIRST SHIP LEASE TRUST
FSL Trust (Reuters: FSLT.SI, Bloomberg:
FSLT SP) traces its heritage to the
incorporation of its sponsor, First Ship
Lease Ltd. (subsequently First Ship
Lease Pte. Ltd. upon its relocation to
Singapore) in September 2002. FSL
Trust was constituted on 19 March
2007 and listed on the Main Board
of the Singapore Exchange Securities
Trading Limited on 27 March 2007.
With a diversified portfolio comprising vessels
of various shipping sub-sectors including
containerships, product tankers, chemical tankers
and dry bulk carriers, FSL Trust provides leasing
services on a long-term bareboat charter basis to
the international shipping industry.
FSL Trust is focused on modern, high-quality
assets governed by operating and finance leases
with lease terms of seven to 12 years. We finance
standardised vessels such as crude oil and product
tankers, container vessels and dry bulk carriers,
as well as provide leasing services for specialised
vessels including, but not limited to, chemical
carriers, gas carriers, roll-on, roll-off vessels, and
offshore supply vessels.
