Mr Dal Bello was a business development
manager with Mitsui & Co. (U.S.A.) Inc.
(1991 – 1997). Subsequently, he was
a vice-president in American Marine
Advisors, Inc. (1997 – 1999), a vice-
president of Fleet Capital Corporation
(1999 – 2001) and a director and head
of marine financing originations in GE
Commercial Finance (2001 – 2006).
Mr Dal Bello holds a Masters of Business
Administration degree from New York
University, Leonard N. Stern School of
Business and a Bachelor of Arts degree
in Economics from Columbia University.
MS KWA LAY SAN
Chief Risk Officer
Ms Kwa started her career at DBS
Bank in 1995 as a Corporate Banker
responsible for both relationship
and credit management of large
corporate clients engaged in shipping,
logistics, communications and property
development. From 2003 to 2006,
Ms Kwa was a Credit Approver at
DBS Bank covering the transport/
logistics industry and was responsible
for approving and supporting credit
recommendations/reviews and
counterparty risk ratings.
Ms Kwa holds a Master of
International Management (Honours)
degree from Thunderbird, The
American Graduate School of
International Management and a
Bachelor of Business Administration
(Honours and Distinction) degree
from the University of Iowa.
MS REBECCA CHENG PEI JIUAN
Legal Counsel & Company Secretary
Ms Cheng was called to the Singapore
Bar in 1990 and she joined a law firm
where she was involved in general cor-
porate and conveyancing work. From
1997 to 2007, she was legal counsel at
DelGro Corporation Limited and then
ComfortDelGro Corporation Ltd (after
the merger with Comfort Group Ltd),
where she worked closely with the
various business units and depart-
ments. She was also its company
secretary in 2007.
Ms Cheng holds a Bachelor of Law
(Honours) degree from the National
University of Singapore.
