We are proud to present the
inaugural annual report for
First Ship Lease Trust (“FSL
Trust”) which provides details
of the operating and fnancial
performance of FSL Trust from
19 March 2007, when the
Trust was constituted, to
31 December 2007.
2007 was a momentous year for FSL
Trust. We had a well-received Initial
Public Offering (“IPO”) which was more
than 2.5 times subscribed, and raised
US$333 million including the pre-IPO
commitments from three corner-stone
investors. This was followed by our
successful listing on the Singapore
Exchange (“SGX”) on 27 March 2007.
