lease extension charter rate shown in the above table are net of commission. No commission is payable for any of the other vessels in the vessel portfolio.
* The daily bareboat charter rate shown has been fxed for the frst 5 years of the basic lease term based on the relevant amortising forward Euro interest rate swap
and spot and forward US$/EUR exchange rates at the time of lease commencement. The charter rate for the remaining 5 years will be reset on an annual basis
or such other interest period in excess of one year at the choice of the lessee, based on the then prevailing interest swap rate and currency exchange rates.
** From years 1 to 5, the daily bareboat charter rate of US$4,100 applies; from years 6 to 10, the daily bareboat charter rate is US$4,500.
