Footnotes Schoeller Investments Limited is the beneficial holder of 41.25% of the issued shares in FSL Holdings Pte. Ltd. Accordingly, Schoeller Investments Limited and its ultimate shareholder, Mr Heinrich-Leopold Felix Schoeller, are deemed under Section 4 of the Securities and Futures Act, Chapter 289 of Singapore, to be interested in all of the First Ship Lease Trust units in which FSL Holdings Pte. Ltd. has an interest. In addition, Mr Heinrich-Leopold Felix Schoeller also has an interest in 2,860,000 units held through a nominee.
