("FSLTM"), Trustee-Manager of First Ship Lease Trust, confirms that there is no person occupying a managerial position in FSLTM or any of its principal subsidiaries who is related to a director, chief executive officer or substantial shareholder of FSLTM for the financial year ended 31 December 2012.
