| Description | Pursuant to Rule 704(5) of the Listing Manual of the SGX-ST, the Trustee-Manager, FSL Trust Management Pte. Ltd., wishes to inform that the independent auditors of First Ship Lease Trust ("FSL Trust"), KPMG LLP (the "Auditors") have, in their review report, included an Emphasis of Matter on the unaudited condensed consolidated interim financial information of FSL Trust for the second quarter ended 30 June 2014. The review report of the Auditors remains unqualified. Please refer to the copy of the Auditors' review report which is attached. |
